DMCA / Copyright Policy

Effective date / Last updated: August 6, 2026

1. Introduction

AppDeel respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. We take copyright seriously and will respond promptly to valid infringement complaints regarding content on our website, including our blog, service pages, and case studies/portfolio section. This policy explains how we protect our own work and how you can report a concern if you believe your copyrighted material has been used without permission.

2. Our Own Copyright

All original text, designs, graphics, code, and case study images published on https://www.appdeel.com are the property of AppDeel or used with the permission of the rights holder. This includes our portfolio images, client testimonials, blog content, and website design elements.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. If you'd like to reference or share something from our site, just reach out — we're usually happy to discuss it.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement to Us

If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice that includes:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The exact URL (or a clear description) of the allegedly infringing material on our site
  • Your name, address, email, and phone number
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

4. Where to Send the Notice

Please send your copyright complaint to our designated agent:

AppDeel
Attn: Copyright/Designated Agent
Email: admin@appdeel.com
Phone/WhatsApp: +8801949217122
Dhaka, Bangladesh

Incomplete notices — missing any of the details listed in Section 3 — may delay our ability to process your request.

5. What Happens After We Receive a Notice

Once we receive a complete notice, we'll review it carefully. You can generally expect a response within 3–7 business days. While we investigate, we may temporarily remove or disable access to the material in question. If the claim is valid, we'll take appropriate action, which may include permanently removing the content.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location on our site before removal
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location (or Dhaka, Bangladesh, if you're outside our normal jurisdiction) and that you'll accept service of process from the person who filed the original complaint
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Send counter-notices to the same contact details listed in Section 4.

7. Repeat Infringers

We take repeat infringement seriously. If someone is found to have repeatedly infringed on others' copyrights through content submitted to or hosted on our platform, we reserve the right to permanently remove the content and/or terminate their access to our services.

8. Client-Supplied Content

When clients provide us with text, images, logos, product data, or other materials for their project, they confirm that they either own the rights to that content or have proper licensing/permission to use it. Clients agree to indemnify and hold AppDeel harmless against any third-party claims, damages, or losses arising from content they've supplied for their project.

9. Third-Party Trademarks

Platform names and logos mentioned or shown on our website — including WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Next.js, Figma, and Google — are the property of their respective owners. They're used only for identification purposes and don't imply any endorsement, affiliation, or partnership unless explicitly stated.

10. Misrepresentation Warning

Please note that knowingly submitting a false copyright infringement claim, or misrepresenting that content is infringing, may carry legal consequences, including liability for damages.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA/Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. This policy works alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
